feel amazing_healing&transformation blog david arensonYou’ve woken up, and suddenly you find, it’s a brand new day…!

How do you start your day feeling empowered and good about your world?

By taking action towards our goals, we bring ourselves closer to their achievement. Feeling great about ourselves and our lives is a gateway to achieving anything we want.

It is not just the achievement of goals that counts, it is the quality of the journey.

As I’ve written about before, life is filled with moments. In order to feel good, having a simple strategy for putting foundations in place, will create a world of wellness. I hope this is exciting and inspiring!

Here are 5 tips to start your day feeling amazing:

1. Take a deep breath! And SMILE!

2. Start the day out with lemon juice in water to cleanse your body and rehydrate.

3. Jump in the shower! Flowing water is a great metaphor for life and a great way to freshen up!

4. Move! Whatever you do, from stretching to yoga, qi gong, swimming activate those feel-good hormones, and get your body in the flow.

5. Find something to be grateful for, and MEDITATE on it for 5 minutes. Make sure to feel happy and good about it, as those positive feelings will carry into your day. Now you’re ready for ACTION!

Make a statement about how you want to live, and how you want to feel.

Wishing you a SHINING happy day!

EXPECT MIRACLES!
Love and light,

DAVID
