jenniferanistonpic.jpgIt’s hard to keep track of what celebs are up to. Starting with the Jen-Brad-Angelina thing: In a recent interview, Jennifer Aniston called Angelina Jolie “uncool” for starting a relationship with her then-husband Brad Pitt. Now Pitt is setting the record as straight as his new, much-photographed mustache grown for his role in the Quentin Tarantino remake of “Inglourious Basterds.” (Yes, that’s really the way IMDB spells it. See for yourself.)

“Listen, man, Jen is a sweetheart. I think she got dragged into that one, and then there’s a second round to all that Angie versus Jen. It’s so created. Jen and I still check in with each other. She was a big part of my life, and me hers. I don’t see how there cannot be that. That’s life, man. That’s life.”

Patricia Arquette has filed for divorce from her husband, actor Thomas Jane (“The Punisher.”)
In other happy couple news, 82-year-old Hugh Hefner has moved a new girlfriend into his house of blondes: 22-year-old Crystal (yes, I’m sure that’s her real name) Harris, who joins 19-year-old twins. So if you’re doing the math, their combined ages isn’t even the age of your average senior citizen. (I’m not judging. I’m just saying.)

Over in custody-land, before Naveen Andrews gets “Lost” again, he has found himself with physical and legal custody of his three-year-old son Naveen Joshua “despite the boy’s mother Elena Eustache accusing Naveen’s girlfriend Barbara Hershey of practicing witchcraft and poisoning her son.”
And according to various internet sources, Sarah Jessica Parker may be moving back toward living as single as Carrie Bradshaw– in the wake of rumors about husband Matthew Broderick’s infidelity, Star magazine is reporting that SJP’s moved out and is house-hunting in NYC and has interviewed security leaks– oops, I mean, friends of the couple’s– yielding tidbits like the following:

“Sarah’s not stupid. She knows exactly what’s going on. For a while it was easier for her to stay than go through a harsh divorce. They’re essentially living separate lives.”

This news has made me sad; I always thought SJP and Matthew Broderick seemed well-suited in both temperament and talent, and were going to be the Paul Newman and Joanne Woodward of our generation. Maybe they’ll still work it out.
