Although I’m a little sleepy from staying up so late to watch the 82nd annual Academy Awards last night, I’m so happy that “The Hurt Locker” beat out blockbuster “Avatar” for Best Picture of the Year. Also excited for Kathryn Bigelow for winning Best Director for the film–she’s the first woman in Oscar history to snag the award in that category. And a big congrats to Jeff, Sandra, Christoph, and Mo’Nique–all pulled off magnificant performances and were my picks to win.
