mandela movie

Mandela: Long Walk to Freedom is an epic screen biography of the celebrated South African anti-apartheid activist and political leader, Nelson Mandela. Adapted from Mandela’s autobiography, “Long Walk to Freedom,” the film spans Mandela’s life journey from his childhood in a rural village through to his inauguration as the first democratically elected president of South Africa. The story is a thrilling, sometimes-shocking, and ultimately joyous story of triumph against all odds – a story of forgiveness over revenge, peace over violence, love over hatred. A story of one of the great men of our times.

The film is more than a biography, it is an inspirational story that will make you change the way you love and reinstill hope into your life. Mandela: Long Walk to Freedom releases in New York and Los Angeles on November 29, 2013 and to theaters nationwide on December 25, 2013.
