Showtime will air part four of their six-part new documentary series – “Time of Death” on Friday, November 22, 2013. In episode four, Maria is emotionally drained and Toni is taking it day-by-day.

Maria‘s mood has drastically shifted and she struggles with balancing parenting and chemotherapy. As if life wasn’t already tough, Maria is presented with an unexpected surprise that further shakes her world.

Toni, 55, a preventative oncologist is facing lung cancer. Poet, medical director, teacher, partner, grandmother – there is no ground that Toni has left unturned. “Toni is all about love, tenderness and what more can she give to the world,” said her cousin. Darlene, Toni’s partner, stands by her side as she never gives up.
