23 Blast is a touching film about Travis Freeman (Mark Hapka) who was a high school football player for the Corbin High School Redhounds in Kentucky and was stricken with Cavernous Sinus Thrombosis, which  destroyed his optical nerves. But Coach Ferris (Stephen Lang) believed Freeman could still play, asking him to be their center, regardless of having a disability.

Based on a true story, Freeman’s parents, best friend, and the community, inspire Freeman to push on to lead the team to the state playoffs. It’s a story that challenges us to be bold in faith, or miss life’s extraordinary possibilities in an imperfect world.

Washington Redskins owner Dan Snyder is the Executive Producer, and CBS’s The Good Wife’s Dylan Baker (Larry Freemen) makes his directorial debut. Alexa PenaVega, Bram Hoover, and Max Adler also star in the film.
