A new video has surfaced of President John F. Kennedy in San Antonio, Tex., with first lady Jacqueline Kennedy. See the JFK video below. It is a lovely few minutes of the President and first lady enjoying mariachi music. It was taken by Roy Botello of San Antonio at a League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC) gala on Nov. 21, 1963. This was the the day before President Kennedy was fatally shot. With all the anguish of what would happen to President Kennedy, his family and our nation the next day, and with all the scandals and stories in between then and now, it is sweet to see President John F. Kennedy and first lady Jacqueline Kennedy alive and joyous. The President and Mrs. Kennedy were captured on 8mm film, which reportedly sat in Botello’s draw for 47 years. Now 88, he reportedly wants to donate it to the National Archives.
