A nerve-wracking video from Myrtle Beach, SC captured the incredible moment when a motorcyclist driving on the road beside a stretch of the beach got pinned underneath a car and a group of good Samaritans rushed to his rescue.

The video, released by the Myrtle Beach Police Department, shows a car quickly approaching two people riding on a motorcycle before eventually crashing into them. A woman on the back of the motorcycle flipped over the front and appeared to be unharmed. The man driving the motorcycle becomes trapped underneath the front of the car. Officers and passers-by saw the crash and quickly jumped into action. After an unsuccessful attempt to free the man, more than a dozen people lifted the car and pulled the man out from underneath.
