The Chicago Sun-Times is reporting that anti-Muslim ads have appeared on CTA buses. “’In any war between the civilized man and the savage, support the civilized man. Support Israel. Defeat jihad,’ the ad reads. “The ad is financed by conservative blogger Pamela Geller and her organization, American Freedom Defense Initiative.”

“Islamist groups in the Arab world are diverse in their political agendas, goals, and activities and thus defy simple categorization.
