This summer we will work through Romans — keeping before us the importance of knowing the Bible and understanding this most important of Paul’s letters. Scott Smith’s Truth and the New Kind of Christian, Michael Horton’s God of Promise, Steve Taylor’s The Out of Bounds Church?, Robert Millet’s A Different Jesus?, and John Frye’s Jesus the Pastor. One of the main reasons I blog about books is to save many of you the time (you don’t have). Which means I try to give the highlight ideas that might be of interest to you.
