Kris began the day on the back porch reading the newspaper. 25 or so minutes into her read she opened the back door to say, “I’ve found a movie for us tonight.” I asked, “What’s it called?” She said, “Invincible.”
We loved the movie. We haven’t been to a movie in a long time, not because we haven’t had time but because there haven’t been any that interested us. Basically, Invincible is a feel-good sports movie of a man who made the Philadelphia Eagles football team in the mid-70s (true story) after never having played in college.
Great story, lots of fun, good for the whole family. Did I mention the refillable bags of popcorn? Unlike some friends I’ve known, we don’t keep our bags in order to use them the next time!
