It so happens that I’m speaking at Pepperdine, and the fires of Malibu began just below the school on the other side of the Pacific Coast Highway, and within minutes had engulfed too several homes in the fires. As many know, the fires in California are tragic and the Santa Ana winds fan the flames of a very dry terrain.
