Google Alerts brought this to my attention, one blogger’s list of Twitter accounts that he/she thought people should follow. And guess what? I was one of them. Nice, huh? I thought so too! And for a split second I was thrilled and humbled and honored (and all those other things that Christians pretend try to be when we’re being complimented)… but all of those feelings quickly passed after I read the person’s description of my Twitter account…

This Twitter account talks about things like expanding your moral imagination. He is overzealous and may bash liberals but it is good to see how religion can be used in a negative way. He also has a particularly offensive Tweet about how one business is helping to fight the gays. He is blatantly homophobic but you have to know that religion attracts both loving followers of God and those who spread hatred in His name.

Uh… what the?! Yikes.

Maybe I need new PR…
