Rick Rice has served as pastor of Traverse City Church of the Nazarene since August 1999. He is a graduate of Olivet Nazarene University (B.A.), Notre Dame Law School (J.D.), and Trinity Theological Seminary (D.Min.). Rick and his wife, Jill, have three adult children: Allen, David (Brianna), and MacKenzie. Rick enjoys cycling, golf, hiking, and sunshine. He has written for NCM Magazine, and currently writes a blog on various topics related to spiritual formation, “My Journey,” for Patheos.
