Today is Thanksgiving in the US—a day to give thanks for our blessings. Even if you don’t live here, it’s a great day to look for blessings wherever you go and say thanks for each. It may feel silly to thank your toothbrush for keeping your teeth clean or your mug that holds your coffee but it will stoke your awareness of all the good you have.

Look around you and find things to give thanks for. Even if you have to stretch. It makes life so much sweeter.
