Nothing Wavering is still kicking and has recently added some new features, as announced by the fellow pulling the strings on the project. NW now offers its own blog, an NW Twitter channel that lists posts from selected LDS blogs, and an NW Facebook group. This sort of raises the bar for the other LDS blog portals.

I like the term “blog portal” better than aggregator. There are other LDS blog portals, including Mormon Archipelago, LDSelect, and Mormon Blogs. I use Google Reader to follow about 65 LDS blogs, but having a display of recent blog posts as provided by any of these portals is still very handy.

Of course, there’s always the problem of which blogs to include — there are simply too many to include all of them. You can’t make everyone happy. Nothing Wavering selects only what it calls “mainstream and orthodox blogs” about the LDS Church (see NW’s full list of blogs).
