Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony have split after failing to “see eye-to-eye” on Scientology, according to New Zealand’s TVNZ television.
It was Lopez who pulled the plug on their seven-year marriage to the singer last month, according to TVNZ. She “was reportedly hoping to send the couple’s three-year-old twins Max and Emme to a specialist Scientology school, however Marc wasn’t so keen on the idea.”
A source told the British newspaper Daily Mail’s Sunday edition that the 42-year-old star and American Idol judge has “always been more into the church than him. He wasn’t a huge fan and it caused problems.”
