The flags were untangled before Donald Trump took the stage, where he was later escorted off after an assassination attempt during his speech. Many online users think that maybe the tangled flags signified God’s protection over the former President. The video has gained over 8 million views, with many X users sharing their thoughts. This comes after the shocking assassination attempt of the former President while he was giving his speech at a recent rally. Trump was grazed on the ear with a bullet before he ducked and was surrounded by the Secret Service. The shooter, who was stationed on a nearby roof, was identified as 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks. He was immediately shot and killed by officers on the scene. There was one fatality, firefighter Corey Comperatore, who was shot in the crowd. According to his wife and daughter, he was shot while shielding his wife and daughter. “He’s my hero,” his wife, Helen Comperatore said. “He just said, ‘Get down!’ That was the last thing he said.”
