Happy Great Conjunction everyone! Did the Second Coming or the collapse of civilization happen last night? (looks around) No? Shrug. Oh well, best to get on with life then…
When I wrote here last time about the Great Conjunction, I managed to both over- and under-sell its potential. Consider for a moment the profound effects of last January’s Saturn-Pluto conjunction. It was a little easier to see how big an impact that would have, in part because The Big Two Scary Guys were involved, and that transit was in effect much longer (what with Jupiter being significantly faster than Pluto).
Think of the Great Conjunction as being like a phase. Specifically, a phase that lasts until the middle of May, when Jupiter enters Pisces, and kicks in again at the end of July when Jupiter re-enters Aquarius. For whatever the Aquarius House of your birth chart is, you will find that your efforts there can be significantly rewarded… if you take the time to simplify your goals and do the work. Saturn may not be as big an obstacle as you may think, given that it is the traditional ruler of Aquarius. And of course Jupiter has an excellent reputation for bringing good luck and good fortune, even if that bit sometimes gets a bit oversold.
We can all sit around and debate what this means for the world in general, or the path of human evolution, or whatever. At least this way I’ve broken it down for you and made it more useful on a personal level. You’re welcome.

Gemini: Is it time to get a Higher Education, whether that means actually going to school, or simply broadening my horizons on a more philosophical/spiritual level?
Cancer: How am I paying my bills? Do I really need another credit card? Why am I staying in this relationship when all there is to it is sex? Or… wait, maybe I need more sex than I’m getting…
Leo: Who am partnering with? Is it time for a merger or a breakup, or possibly both?
Virgo: Am I focused on the right details with my life, my work, and my health? Is there a way to work smarter instead of harder?
Libra: Where have my creative and romantic impulses gotten me? Do I want more of that, or less of that?
Scorpio: Am I grounded? Does my home environment do for me what it’s supposed to?
Sagittarius: Am I using my time and my mind and my words properly, or for best result?
Capricorn: Where’s my money going? What can I do about that?
Aquarius: Who are you? How do you come across to people? Can or should there be changes made that way?
Pisces: Am I being driven by unconscious fears? Am I holding myself back for some reason? Is there a psychological or spiritual solution?
Adding additional spin to your personal results will be the aspects made to any planets in your birth chart in the early degrees of the Fixed Signs (Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, and Aquarius). That’s where… thanks to first Jupiter square Uranus and then the longer and more problematic Saturn square Uranus… things are most likely to hit the fan for you.
