Venus is now in Gemini, and will stay there until June 2nd when it enters Cancer. Venus in Gemini is a really interesting placement to me personally. It’s not normally considered either to be one of the best or one of the worst places for Venus to be. It’s in a Sign ruled by Mercury, which is more known for thinking about stuff rather than “feeling things.”
However, I think this particular round of Venus in Gemini is going to be very useful for a lot of us, and perhaps even the world in general.

During this run, Venus will be making two very important aspect patterns. One of them will be a great opportunity to straighten things out that may have gone wrong. The other one, to be honest, is more than a little weird. But Neptune is involved, it may at least feel like a good thing.
First of all, cast your attention ahead to next week: specifically, to the first part of next week. During that time Venus will be conjunct the North Node, then sextile Chiron, then trine Saturn all in the course of three days. Thus all of these aspects will be in effect at once.
Now: think about how fractured so many of our human relations have become under the stress of the last year. Think about all the yelling we’ve done at people on the Internet and in person who probably didn’t deserve it. Under the effect of these particular Venus transits, it will be much easier than usual to find common ground, and to make up for previous transgressions.
That is, of course, if you want. There’s no law saying you need to make your life a better and happier place if you don’t want to, am I right?
You might want to consider shoring up your connections with others now, because things take a bit of a turn for the weird towards the end of the month. On May 27, Venus square Neptune will be exact. This is one of those times where the things and people you feel affection for can be destabilized, or your affections can get mislead. This square is particularly noteworthy because on the 29th, while it is still in effect, Mercury conjunct Venus is exact. Normally a Mercury-Venus conjunction is a great time for creative self-expression, but when both are square Neptune? It can just be weird and delusional.
