And then dear children, see if you can jot down, what you are feeling right this minute, and just continue to do this for 5 minutes of what it feels like of being in the moment at this very minute, with- out thinking about what needs to be done, or didn’t do, using your senses of seeing, hearing, knowing, feeling, smelling and tasting.
We want to know, we delight in your ability, to self-evaluate as you live your life, but we want to remind you are perfect the way you are. Creating this time for you, is a way to know our personal progress is a continuous movement along the path, of what you call your life’s journey. Being open to new ideas is refreshing, but you get the choose whether or not to implement the idea. Be you, and embrace all of that comes onto your path.”
