“HUGE,” a new drama, starring Hairspray’s Nikki Blonsky and Hayley Hasselhoff (yup, David Hasselhoff’s daughter) premieres this Monday, June 28th on ABC Family, The story takes place at a Camp Shane, a weight loss camp for kids located in upstate New York, where larger-than-life teens sort through the challenges and of being an overweight teenager.While HUGE will touch on the health issues of being ‘huge,’ the meat of the show will focus on how 7 teenagers live HUGE, live large, do their best to be their best, and express themselves. In a sea of skinny minny’s, I was a fat teen, and so I will tune-in on Monday and imagine what it might have been like to go to a teen fat farm and tap into my inner HUGE.
