If it’s Wednesday, it’s time to Rise and Grind! AND if you want to give a positive jolt to your morning, then try this quick scalp and facial massage.
1. Hop into your shower
2. Place thumbs on your temples
3. Run first or middle knuckle (whichever feels more comfortable to you) of each index finger (a.k.a. forefinger, pointer finger, trigger finger, digitus secundus, digitus II) on the eyebrows, across the eyelids, under the eyes and finally, under the cheekbones
4. Release your thumbs
5. Run index fingers up and down the sides of your nose
6. Circle your mouth with index fingers – first with mouth open; then with mouth closed
7. Run thumbs along jaw line
8. Massage hairline and top of head with all fingers
Consider your acupressure meridians stimulated; feel the energy move. You’ve just given a boost, a jolt, invigorated your entire body!
