then you need to LOSE THE CHIPS,
the ice cream, the full-sugared soda,
the deep fried Twinkies, the Cheese doodles,
the 32 oz. porterhouse steak NOW!
You Must – conduct a clean sweep of your cabinets, your fridge, your ‘hiding’ places.
And Dump the Junk!
So NOT even TRY to tell me that you HAVE TO keep chips in the house for
your husband, your kids, whomever. Please! Just … Dump the Junk!
There’s no way that you’re going to say ‘no, thank you’ when the food calls your name.
Seriously, no one can.
