Today’s Get Jiggy Weight Loss JigSaw Puzzle is inspired by the confluence of two events:

1.  I was walking through the ‘hood, and much to my surprise and delight, a neighbor of ours (close enough, but not too close – praise be – if you get my drift) has a rooster in their yard.  On the one hand out of place in the big city; on the other hand, not at all.

2.  Coincidentally, just after seeing the neighborhood rooster, I checked my email and someone had included the above quote in it.
