Sometimes what we do, the activities we partake in support unconscious behavior vs. awareness, mindfulness and consciousness. They pull us away from our core, our center and put us into a state of imbalance. They deplete the soul.
Today, be the observer. Watch your state of mind, tune into your body and notice the impact, the energy; the affect of the activities of the day.
