I often hear myself asking my clients, “How (what, where) specifically?”
As in, “What specifically do you mean?”
“How specifically are you going to achieve that goal?
“Where specifically are you going to walk those 3 miles daily?
“How specifically are you going to remember to do that one thing that will make all the difference?”
The more specific you are, the more complete your understanding and your vision of your goal.
When you hear yourself saying that you are going to …. (fill in the blank)
…. Ask yourself, “How specifically?”
