July Sexy Cucumber Salad:
Whenever there’s a gathering and the temptation to eat more than I really want seems likely, I whip up a salad or two and bring with.
Sometimes I share; sometimes not!
SAVE YOURSELF SALAD
The Sexy, Juicy CUKE
Ingredients:
2 cups diced cucumber
2 cups diced fresh tomato
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup fig balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup diced sweet onion
salt n’ pepper to taste
Instructions:
Put all ingredients in a medium size bowl.
Toss, mix … chill … EAT !!!
Save Yourself this 4th of July. Bring healthy foods. Come the 5th of July, you’ll be happier and healthier for it!
