Sometimes we do things, both consciously and unconsciously, that we imagine will soothe, comfort and feed our souls, while in fact, they do not.   Instead, these acts, these experiences that we create knock us off balance; these acts pull us away from our core, away from our authentic selves.

They exhaust, they drain and sap our souls, both individually and collectively.

Today, set an intention to tune into your body, watch your mind, and without judgment or concern, note the waves of influence your thoughts and actions create.

Practice awareness.  From these observations, learn how to make better choices for yourself. and let your enlightened soul ripple out and positively touch another.
