Last night, Siobhan Magnus was voted off American Idol. One of the things I like most about Siobhan is her authenticity, her level of comfort with herself. As Oscar Wilde said, "Be yourself. Everyone else is already taken." And Sioban did just that! I'm hoping we will see more of her!

I just love when life 'delivers' a happy surprise, and this morning it surely did. Enter the picture ... drum roll please, Louis Bardo Bullock, son of Sandra!

As I am sure you can well imagine, in this 'drug' culture many a person who gains weight attributes a good deal of said packed on pounds to the pills that they are a popping. And yes, there is evidence that there are pills that do, indeed, cause weight gain. Some more than others.

The fierce and muscled trainer, Jillian Michaels, of "The Biggest Loser" fame and fortune is getting some feedback a.k.a. lash-back from some comments she made in an interview to Women's Health magazine regarding pregnancy. Weigh-in here! Your thoughts on her comments.
