Michael Dubruiel, Catholic author and husband of the popular author and blogger Amy Welborn, father to their children, collapsed and died yesterday morning. As Amy wrote in a brief post last night:

Michael collapsed this morning at the gym and was not able to be revived despite the efforts of EMTs and hospital personnel. We are devastated and beg your prayers.

Michael Dubruiel was 50.
