No temptation has seized you except what is common to man. And God is faithful; He will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, He will also provide a way out so that you can stand up under it.
Corinthians 10:13
Prayer can combat temptation. Set a routine to your prayer that honors God and serves you in finding restraint against temptation. You are not the first and you will not be the last conflicted soul to call upon the Lord for help. Remember the lesson in Corinthians 10:13: “He will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear.”
