“The Lord said to Abram, Go forth from your native land and from your father’s house to the land that I will show you.”
Genesis 12:1
“Go forth.” Two words that are packed with advice for today’s life journey. Abraham listened to God, and he had faith. The earliest hero of the Bible left all that he knew and was comfortable with, to go forth to the unfamiliar. It’s a timely lesson in trust from God to Abraham, and to us.
