Sadness –Release it.
Much sadness is justified. But when it goes too long and you can’t identify the cause of it, it’s time to let go. When Daphne feels sadness, she immediately replaces it with gratefulness. Then she can toss out the sadness and enjoy the good. When Daphne’s mother died, she was very sad. She de-cluttered right away by forcing herself to think about all the good she had, not what she would be missing.
