Since Sunday, rock singer and reality television star Bret Michaels has been in critical condition due to a brain hemorrhage that sent him to the hospital on Friday. He is under 24-hour supervision and doctors are hopeful that he will fully recover. Please join us in prayer for Bret.

Heavenly Father,

We thank you for the rich life in creativity that you have given Bret Michaels. The gift to entertain people the world over through his reality television show appearances and to move them through his music. But now, in his time of need, may those same people be compelled to pray for him and think positive thoughts for him to accelerate his recovery. As he is in the hospital right now in critical condition, may you be working behind the scenes to slow down his brain hemorrhage and regulate his body that it may act in accordance with the way you created it. Show yourself mighty as Jehovah Rophe the God who heals stitch by stitch. As doctors rush around him trying to find the location of the bleeding, may you give them increased knowledge, wisdom and discernment so that they may target the problem area sooner rather than later. Send angels to his bedside to keep him in peace as you do your healing work. Keep his family and friends in peace as they look toward his recovery. May this be a time when they all come together to pray and think upon the good moments of Bret’s life.  May all of his fans keep him in their prayers and thoughts so that it will be an outpouring of healing energy. We all pray and hope for his recovery but above all things, we ask that your will be done.
