We don’t have a choice… We’re moving temporarily to Hawaii. I know, I know, from Minnesota to Hawaii for the winter… You’re not feeling sorry for us… But in all candor, it’s troubling prospect. We have a great home in a great area and we’re positioned at a great price. Still, in the last 6 weeks we’ve had three showings. The market just isn’t budging. And if the market gurus are the be believed, it may not get any better anytime soon. With thousands of thousands of foreclosures still pending, true market value is still hard to determine. Nothing is moving.

For many of us this is a challenge and for some, even a crisis. We need God’s wisdom and sustaining strength. We need him to play matchmaker and bring us the right buyer, someone searching now for just what our home offers. He can do that…
