This month we are praying about romance in marriage, a subject near and dear to God’s heart. He created romance and sex, and everything He created He affirmed as GOOD! As we approach Valentine’s Day, let’s pray that God would prepare our hearts in practical ways; what could be more practical than enhancing the space that we inhabit as married couples:  the bedroom. When God created the world, He took great care and went into minute detail in His beautiful design. Let’s ask God for inspiration to know how we can enhance the practical context of our relationship by improving the space He has given us – cleaning out the clutter, sprucing up the decor, and creating an ambiance of romance to His glory and our delight.

Your Word says that you care about the details of our lives. You are the Great Designer, please redesign our hearts, our marriage, and even the space we live in to reflect your beauty, your order, and your joy.
