Today, Children’s HopeChest launches Change Their Story 2011 and I am inviting you to join our team of “HopeRaisers” from across the country.

A HopeRaiser is a person who decides that instead of asking for Christmas presents, they will ask their friends and family to donate on their behalf to help orphans through HopeChest. 

You get your own personal fundraising Web page, and access to the HopeRaiser “Participant Center” where you can email all of your friends and family and ask them for their support.

Statistics say there are over 163 million orphans and vulnerable children in the world today. 1 billion people are malnourished and hungry. Two million children are trapped in sex slavery. 70 million kids can’t attend school.
