Evidently, it was the second of the week making this the 6th foot found off the coast of Canada. It was a right foot in a size 10 sneaker, the one found on Monday was a left foot (which I think is the first left foot found). According to the witness:

“It was definitely a foot in a shoe. You can see the bones sticking out the top part of the shoe a few inches. And it was clean cut, like straight across,” said Malone.

So, I bet the killer is burying the bodies and tossing the feet into the water but why would someone do that? To let people know he/she’s out there?
