They didn’t think that they needed advertising to respond to critics like Apple, they were just going to talk up the benefits of Vista but that hasn’t proved to be too successful, so they are going to fight back with their own ad campaign.

I suggest that Microsoft use their own PC and Mac guys and show them playing video games and the Mac has to wait a year or two before he can play the game because it isn’t available on the Mac. Or they could surf the web looking for free software but the Mac can’t download it because there is nothing available for Mac.
Well, whatever they do, it won’t work. Everyone knows the thing is a dog and advertising isn’t going to change that.
