He has said repeatedly that we do not need a draft and he isn’t interested reinstating it. Here’s a video where he makes his reasons clear why a draft does not make sense. As you can see it’s a very strong response:Clearly McCain formed his answer to the question before he had heard her entire statement and wasn’t really paying attention to what she tacked on the end.
