If you don’t know if you have the virus or not, you can scan your hard drive using Microsoft’s Malicious Software Removal Tool. It checks for the Conficker C worm and a bunch of others. I was thinking about staying off the Internet tomorrow but know I don’t have to, my hard is free of any malicious software.
