Despite Obama’s promise to stop them:

The Obama administration promised to stop federal raids on medical marijuana dispensaries that comply with laws in their states.
But this week, the Feds raided two dispensaries in the Los Angeles area. They also shot a dog. As I’ve reported, dispensaries are legal in California.
