It is really good! I like the fact that he mentions that he’s not for amnesty — that’s a knock against Huckabee and McCain. And I like the fact that he’s making sure SC knows that this is a fight for our conservative values — that our coalition is under fire.
Ed Rollins did us the biggest favor by stating that the Huckabee campaign wasn’t about the Reagan coalition, that the coalition was dead. If you believe that the coalition of fiscal, national security and social conservatives is the only way to win elections (Tony Perkins and Richard Land both believe you can’t win without it), then voting for Huckabee would be a bad idea because he would tear it apart.
