You’ve got to love her spirit and her common sense. When I heard that McCain was pulling out of Michigan, I thought it was a missed opportunity to put Palin on the air there and let her connect with the working class who have been ill served by their Democrat governor and legislature. She knows there struggles and can give them hope that there will be someone who understands them in DC, who isn’t just telling them what they want to hear, who won’t forget them between elections. They share a similar working class background, she speaks their language and I bet they’d know that they could trust her. I thought she might be able to turn the state around and I guess she did too 🙂
