If you force the insurance companies to set a particular rate for all of the insured and then force them to take people with pre-existing conditions, then they would be forced to cut expenses which means substandard care or going out of the health care business.Another btw, the suggestion to cut the waste from Medicaid now before we commit to ObamacCare is a very good suggestion. Let’s just see how much waste there is before we go off and add to the deficit by paying for programs we can’t afford.And at the very end he clearly states what I have been saying all along, that we’re headed for single payer.
