I’m not buying that. Evidently, Pelosi doesn’t have a problem giving federal dollars to an organization that helps defraud the federal government and promotes child prostitution. When one ACORN office has problems, that may be a problem with that office but when you have evidence of four offices (I’m ignoring San Bernardino since she seems to be messing with them) and probably more giving aid to illegal activities, then you have a systemic problem. Even ACRON realizes that. Why wouldn’t Pelosi follow the Senate’s actions and defund ACORN. Probably because she knows she needs them?

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said yesterday she is clueless about an amendment to prohibit government funds for embattled ACORN, although it overwhelmingly passed the Senate Monday and the White House is calling for the group to be held accountable.”I don’t even know what they passed,” Pelosi told The Post yesterday. “What did they do? They defunded it?”

She’s not going to be able to continue this clueless routine if there are more revelations of problems with ACORN (it’s surprising she could do it now when we’re talking about child prostitution).And here’s the very fast walker, Senator Burris stating that he supports ACORN despite the fact that they support child prostitution:Wow! How proud Illinois must be that their Senator was one of only 7 senators (actually, both of their senators voted for it) that voted to continue funding an organization that conspired to rip off the American taxpayers and enable child prostitution!! Just think about that, child prostitution. Amazing!Could you just imagine what a brilliant opposition party could do with this during the next election cycle?
