A woman kills her baby (born full term) and because the umbilical cord was still attached she can’t be charged with murder. How barbaric! It’s absolutely amazing to me that the legislature would allow a loophole like this to stand. Why hasn’t the pro-life movement in VA made this more of an issue? Why can’t both sides come together to stop what is clearly infanticide?(via)
