In case you guys missed the video of Obama promising to open up the process and let the America public in on the debate over health care:As you guys probably read yesterday C-SPAN is trying to hold Obama to his campaign promise of televising the debate over health care on C-SPAN but that’s not going to happen. The leadership of the House and the Senate will hammer out a deal in private to ensure that they can keep the Senate Dems on board. The Congress isn’t interested in listening to the American people, they’re making all kinds of backroom deals (that the WH is encouraging) and it’s Obama who has made a deal to protect the pharmaceutical companies and he is maked sure Congress kept it. Where’s the shame?
