A few weeks ago we had almost the whole family together and the cousins were having a ball playing together.  They range from 18 to 4 years old, but that doesn’t matter when you are family.  This is especially true when we don’t get to see each other often.

The occasion was the high school graduation of our oldest grand-daughter.  We all met at my daughter’s house in Columbus, OH.  The cousins started out with supper soaker war and slip and slide activities.  By mid -day they were mellowing a bit, so Courtney got out her ukulele and started to play.  She really is quite good and sings as well.  Courtney also plays keyboard, acoustic guitar, and electric guitar.

The four year old twins were using fake guitars from a WII game and my five year old grand-daughter has the microphone.  Quite the group…..  perhaps there is a future for them.  Maybe American Idol or America’s Got Talent???

Whether they ever sing in public or not, they sure are cute, and they had so much fun.  All great musical groups have to start somewhere, so who knows where this team will go?  I’m sure the little ones need to grow up a little more and get some real instruments.

If this is God’s plan for them, we will let Him unwrap it in His good time. After all, His timing is perfect and His motives are pure.
